When Isaac and I started working together I was about to go through a life change and was using the opportunity to really dial in my health and general life well-being for the next phase of my life. We started with some basic goals (less caffeine, structuring a workout schedule, etc..) but the real benefit came through our side conversations.
I liked that Isaac took the time to really listen intently to what I was saying. There were several conversations where he would repeat back a word or salient point that I barely registered I had mentioned. It helped me reflect on thoughts and ideas and gave me a structure of accountability to goals I set. I would recommend his coaching to anyone looking for support identifying underlying stressors, structuring well-being goals, and anyone needing a compassionate listener that's not afraid to dig deep.

I am very thankful that I was able to work with Isaac! In the beginning "weight loss" was my original goal. I became very comfortable speaking with Isaac and before I knew it things I had been holding in for months began flowing out. I had a lot of hurt and anguish built up and Isaac was my "safe zone" to release. He listened!!! We worked on different techniques which really helped! I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends. For the few weeks we worked together I am forever grateful!

When I began working with Isaac my husband was just coming home from the hospital to begin home hospice. I was my father's caretaker through his end-of-life hospice home care and it was a traumatic experience. My goal basically, was to come through this not shattered, and be the best caregiver I could be for my husband. He approached this in various successful ways. He shared profound readings from books, made me feel better during what was easily the worst time of my life, and did mindfulness practices that left me feeling calm and in a strong place mentally. This helped me take good care of my husband and myself. Isaac was very open and willing to discuss the philosophical and physical aspects of death. Isaac has a very pure and passionate drive to help people. All these things helped me tremendously to come through my husband's final 27 days and his passing in a much better place than I ever would have alone, and I am very grateful. I feel very lucky to know him and to have had him in my corner.
