I specialize in chronic disease reversal, promote healthy eating habits like whole food plant based diets, set health goals that are tailored to your unique needs, and provide Palliative based coaching to gain clarity for some of Life's toughest moments. I leverage my unique skill set that includes 15 years of Nursing in ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, PACU, ER, and basically every position inside of a Hospital a bedside nurse can perform. I know the ins and outs of the Healthcare system and have the knowledge and experience to save you a lot of time, frustration, and money spent on symptom management.
